Small Bowel Movement
A small pellet like bowel movement that comes out in small round balls. It can be a sign of constipation.
What Causes Small Bowel Movement?
Excessive intake of red meat, wheat, sugar, and alcohol are believed to cause congestion and heat in the body, which can be attributed to the small feces.
Stress, anxiety and lack of exercise can also be the cause.
Small feces could mean constipation – even if you are defecating regularly. Possible causes are eating too much dry food, including protein, and not enough vegetables and raw foods; laxative abuse; worries; or irritable bowel syndrome. IBS is a very common but poorly understood disease – and because the symptoms can also indicate a number of different bowel disease your doctor will only identify it after ruling out the possibility of more serious issues.
In some extremely rare cases it may also be a result from blockages caused by cancer, but that is usually accompanied by other symptoms as well (like lymph nodes swelling).
How to Cure Small Bowel Movement
Altering diet, increase water intake and exercise regularly. Do not suppress the urge to pass fecal matter, regardless of scheduling.
Try to decrease stress and anxiety by partaking in yoga, breathing exercises, meditation, aromatherapy or massage therapy – if you feel necessary.
If problems persist consult your physician.
