A normal bowel movement should be the consistency of toothpaste. Loose, runny stools – or diarrhea – could be a sign of many things. If you have diarrhea you may also have cramping abdominal, nausea, feel feverish and lose your appetite.
What Causes Liquid Bowel Movement?
Diarrhea is a symptom and can be acute or chronic.
Acute diarrhoea is usually caused by a viral infection or a bacterial infection and affects almost everyone from time to time. It usually clears up in a couple of days and is not serious. However it can be serious in babies and the frail and elderly, because of the risk of dehydration.
Stress and poor can also cause acute diarrhea and foods that are believed to cause cold and dampness in the body can worsen the affliction; such as: fatty or greasy foods, dairy products, fizzy drinks and raw fruits or vegetables.

How to Cure Liquid Bowel Movement
A close look at your diet and improving its quality will help. Be sure to keep well hydrated as diarrhea can severely dehydrate you and cause serious health issues.
If diet or stress cannot be attributed to your loose bowel movements, or the problem is chronic then consult a doctor for further investigation and treatment.
